When I first decided to make a t-shirt scarf, I searched on-line to see what other people were creating. One of the best sites I found was done by Dude Craft. He gives easy-to-follow instructions that are great for first time sewers (or for people who are just looking for another excuse to sew). If you're interested in making your own t-shirt scarf check out his tutorial at www.dudecraft.com. Have fun creating!

I'm currently recycling t-shirts by making them into scarves. Select a color, a theme, a size (10" by 70" or 8" by 70"), and with or without fringe. Color and theme may vary depending on what is available at the local thrift store. Scarves are $25 a piece, plus 6% sales tax (Iowa residents), and shipping/handling.
